• 4. Select add passport details from the dropdown
• 5. Now there you have to submit form to link your vaccination certificate with your passport for travel purposes
• 6. Make sure you have the same name in your passport & vaccine certificate . if you have to edit name in vaccine certificate then click on correction in certificate from dropdown
• 7. In form select the only member for you have to add passport details
• 8. Once you have double checked the passport number to make sure it is correct, tick the box that says “I declare that this passport belongs to the beneficiary. The name of the passport holder is the same as mentioned on the vaccine certificate.”

• 10. After Submitting you will receive a message on the registered mobile number confirming that your request has been submitted
• 11. After Verify you will receive another message stating that your request has been “updated successfully”.
