All transactions, payments, deliveries, order tracking, returns, and warranties take place exclusively on the respective merchant's platform.
• Contract of Sale: Any contract of sale formed upon completing a purchase is strictly between you and the respective third-party merchant. drillthedeal is not a party to that transaction.

3. User Account Registration, Security & Conduct

To submit deals, join forum discussions, upvote bargains, or earn gamified reward coins, you may be required to register an account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current registration details.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and session access. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
